One Park Place is a very upscale, for lease, residential tower being constructed in downtown Houston. Created for The Finger Companies, Gravitas Viz was picked as the 3D firm to create outstanding 3D animation and renderings to showcase this once in a decade development.

Gravitas Viz was asked to create an extended portfolio of marketing collateral for The Islands of Rockport including a 3D animation, 3D renderings, and lifestyle rendering composites. Gravitas Viz was chosen in early 2008 to create a 3D animation and renderings of Swan Point Landing that would bring their project to the buyer. We used interior animation and exterior animation to showcase the entire project.
