Leisure Life
This project was produced from blue prints and sketches. We also had to embellish what was provided as well as ‘make it work’. This architectural walkthrough animation will be used to sell homes in a new single family home subdivision.

St. Thomas
Gravitas Media was asked to produce a 2 minute architectural animation of a new addition to the St. Thomas school. This was used in a presentation to win the architecture project. This fell under our ‘we’ll go to war with you’ promotion and we have the bulk of the cost dependent on whether or not they win the project. One Park Place is a very upscale, for lease, residential tower being constructed in downtown Houston. Created for The Finger Companies, Gravitas Viz was picked as the 3D firm to create outstanding 3D animation and renderings to showcase this once in a decade development.

Islands of Rockport
Gravitas Viz was asked to create an extended portfolio of marketing collateral for The Islands of Rockport including a 3D animation, 3D renderings, and lifestyle rendering composites. Gravitas Web created the website and integrated lead tracking back end. The campaign has been extremely successful thus far, selling out 70% of the project in less than a year.

Rosedale Townhomes was created for pre-sales marketing. The developer has been so happy with the results that we are beginning work on the interiors.
