Yet another car dealership architectural 3D rendering. This was completed in a very short turnaround time and produced very affordably.
This interior rendering was created in a one day turnaround and with very little design information available. We used the design standards provided by GM. Our client used the rendering to win the architecture design job.

The Villagio was one of the projects we completed during our May 2010 special, for the incredibly low cost of only $500. We’re going to show you the final architectural rendering as well as the midterm massing study rendering that was submitted for model, light and camera angle approval. All projects go through this work flow.

Needing to get a senior living community through City Council, Gravitas\Viz was selected to work with the architect to present the vision of the Developer. We created 2 exterior 3D renderings of this Florida project.
Gravitas\Viz worked closely with the design team to bring this building’s common areas to life. Gravitas\Viz created a series of both interior and exterior architectural 3d renderings for the 3 office towers of the Lake Corporate Center.

When an upcoming renovation had to be used to attract new tenants, Gravitas Viz worked closely with the Architects to illustrate the improvements. Gravitas\Viz was created an interior architectural 3D rendering of the new JP Morgan Chase Tower’s lobby.

One Park Place is a very upscale, for lease, residential tower being constructed in downtown Houston. Created for The Finger Companies, Gravitas Viz was picked as the 3D firm to create outstanding 3D animation and renderings to showcase this once in a decade development.

Gravitas Viz was asked to create an extended portfolio of marketing collateral for The Islands of Rockport including a 3D animation, 3D renderings, and lifestyle rendering composites. Gravitas Web created the website and integrated lead tracking back end. The campaign has been extremely successful thus far, selling out 70% of the project in less than a year.
