This is a rendering of an old school building being renovated for a new Elderly Day Care. We had very little information to work from and the purpose was to help the Architecture firm win the project.

A Cadillac Dealership
This interior rendering was created in a one day turnaround and with very little design information available. We used the design standards provided by GM. Our client used the rendering to win the architecture design job.

When an upcoming renovation had to be used to attract new tenants, Gravitas Viz worked closely with the Architects to illustrate the improvements. Gravitas\Viz was created an interior architectural 3D rendering of the new JP Morgan Chase Tower’s lobby.
Hess Tower
